Shipping policy
WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?
Orders are shipped out directly from one of our domestic or international warehouses. Our goal is to ensure your order will arrive as quickly, and safely as possible. Orders typically ship within 3-4 business days, depending on the product. Whenever possible we will provide a Tracking number. Please allow an estimated 1-2 weeks for your order to arrive in the USA (times may vary from product to product). Other countries can take an estimated 1-4 weeks due to longer shipping distances and customs.
WHAT SHIPPING OPTIONS ARE AVAILBLE?
Shipping options may vary by product, and available options are listed at time of checkout. If you prefer an option not shown, contact us at help@foxandmoose.com prior to purchase to see if we are able to accommodate your preferred option.
WHY IS MY ORDER BEING SHIPPED IN DIFFERENT PACKAGES?
Multi-item orders may ship from different warehouse locations. Additionally if an item's production time is longer then other items in the same order we may ship your items at different times and in different packages to get them to you as quickly as possible.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER GETS STUCK OR LOST IN THE MAIL?
All orders are sent with insured shipping and handling. If an order is lost or sent back during delivery, we will either resend your order, or refund your purchase amount. Please see our refund and return policy for when these might be applicable to shipping situations.
WILL I BE CHARGED FOR CUSTOMS AND TAXES?
You may be liable to pay for duties and taxes when you receive your order. Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged when your order arrives at its destination. These charges are determined by your local customs office, and not Fox & Moose LLC. Payment of these charges and taxes are your responsibility and will not be covered by Fox & Moose LLC. Fox & Moose LLC is not responsible for delays caused by the customs departments, or local laws. For further details of charges, please contact your local customs office.
